choose learnig topic

                             My topic is about Healthy Foods 
It's important to eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, ect so that your body can be healthy. It's ok to eat non healthy foods evety now and then your body deserves it fo being active and healthy but do not eat way too much. Eathing healthy is good for you to keep your body awake and active when working and learning. You are the only one that can take care of your body you are responsible of what goes in to your body and what comes out, I cant make you change your eathing habits but I can help you fix them. There are a variety of reasons why eathing healthy is important, including disease prevention, maintenance of a healthy weight and quality of life.A healthy diet is the basis for a well-functioning body. Food is the source of energy for all of our bodily functions and directly affects how our bodies and minds function in every stage of life.
